Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a slower, focused treatment designed to release muscular tension, reduce stiffness, and help the body relax and recover.

Using firm but controlled pressure, treatments work into deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to target areas of tightness and discomfort.

Deep tissue massage may help with:

  • General muscular tension
  • Stiffness and reduced mobility
  • Stress-related tightness
  • Postural tension
  • Muscle fatigue from exercise or physical work
  • Tight neck, shoulders, back, and hips
  • Recovery and maintenance

Treatments are always tailored to the individual and pressure can be adjusted according to your comfort level and preferences.

What to Expect

Deep tissue massage is usually provided as a full body treatment and is available in 60, 90 or 120-minute sessions.

Longer sessions allow more time to focus on specific areas while still providing overall relaxation and recovery benefits.

Treatments can be enjoyed as occasional self-care or as part of regular wellbeing and maintenance.
