Terms & Conditions

• All payments at the time of booking by card or bank transfer.
• Our clinic operates 2 hours cancellation policy. You will not be able to cancel or reschedule appointment later than 2 hours before appointment time and you will be charged full price.
• You can give your booked slot to a friend or family member at any time.
• If you come late for your appointment it might not be possible to give you the entire massage session, and you will only receive the remaining time of your booked slot.
• All sessions purchased as bundles or gifts have to be booked and attended within two years from the date of purchase.
• Bundles and loyalty cards can be shared with family and friends.
