Terms & Conditions

• All payments are made at the time of booking by card or bank transfer.
• Our clinic operates a 3-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 3 hours before the appointment time will be charged in full.
• You may transfer your appointment to a friend or family member at any time.
• If you arrive late for your appointment, it may not be possible to provide the full treatment time, and the session will finish at the scheduled time.
• Gift certificates must be used within two years from the date of purchase. Not redeemable for cash.
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
